The financial component of senior living is often the biggest concern on the minds of seniors or their loved ones. In some cases, this hurdle can even delay the important transition to assisted living or senior care, which can increase the risk of injuries at home or reduce the quality of life. At Heartfelt Residential Care, we don’t think it should be this way. Major chains and big-box communities are often withholding about their pricing practices, which makes the research process all the more difficult, and often winds up revealing surprising and expensive price tags.

One of the many things that makes Heartfelt Residential Care unique is our fair and transparent pricing. Senior living should be accessible by all, with realistic and attainable pricing that does not include any unpleasant surprises down the line. While some of the bigger communities may simply charge too much from the get-go to keep profits high for investors, others may “nickel and dime” residents with charges for additional care and services, making their monthly pricing much higher than it appeared when they moved in.

At Heartfelt Residential Care, we are committed to honest and equal pricing that allows families to plan financially for their loved one’s new chapter without unpleasant surprises or crushing financial burdens. The pricing is especially fair considering its all-inclusive nature, meaning that the initial price provided is the one you can expect to maintain since we do not charge for additional services or amenities once a resident has moved in.

 

 

Our All-Inclusive Model

We use an “all-inclusive” model so there are never any surprises. Our rates typically range from $4,000 to $6,000 depending on the level of care required and the room chosen. Pricing for most residents falls between $5,000 and $6,000 for a private room. Unlike larger corporate communities that will charge additional fees for showers, extra care, toiletries, etc., at Heartfelt Residential Care, everything is covered by our singular all-inclusive fee. This includes administering medications, laundry, shower products like shampoo and body wash, briefs, wipes, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, etc. When you add up all the extra fees bigger communities charge, our inclusive fee is often the better deal and less stressful for families who may have been providing these items in the past.

Plus, unlike bigger communities that have larger staff-to-resident ratios, our homes have small ratios and capacity limits. This means we give the level of extra attention and care all of our residents deserve.

Determining Your Price

Once a tour is conducted, we meet with the potential resident to do an assessment and give your family a set monthly price. This price is influenced by the desired room, home location and required level of care; it will be your singular dedicated price moving forward.
