At Heartfelt Residential Care, we understand that a sense of belonging grows stronger when expectations are fully understood and realized. The sense of belonging in our homes starts with our authentic and transparent leadership. Our owners can often be found visiting residents at each of our locations. They and the whole team work together to meet high standards of care for our residents and are empowered to respond to individual needs and desires. They have the freedom to offer new, fun and engaging activities for our residents, from art and music therapy to pet visits and game nights.
Derek Robbins – Executive Director
Derek received his BS Degree in Computer Systems Science from Michigan Technological University. He is a veteran of the healthcare industry and, as a patient, owns infusion company Heartfelt Care Inc. He has a passion in caring for people and creating a sense of belonging for residents.
Victoria Robbins – Director of Nursing
Victoria received a BS degree in Biomedical Sciences & Nursing from Grand Valley State University. As a registered nurse, her experience working in long-term care, rehabilitation and nursing homes has allowed her to make a real difference in the lives of those she serves.
